*These events will draw many attendees to the Exhibit Hall and provide additional shopping opportunities.

Exhibit Space Information

• Tables are 8 feet long and spaces are 8 feet deep
  
• Tablecloths and skirting are provided
  
• Electrical outlets and Internet service available. Cost for outlets and Internet is set by the hotel.

Confirmations

Registered exhibitors will receive an email with information regarding directions, set-up times, Welcome Bag materials, ads, hotel rates and other details.

Cancellations

Cancellations before February 22, 2012, will receive a full refund minus a $25 processing fee.
No refunds after February 22, 2012.
