*These events will draw many attendees to the Exhibit Hall and provide additional shopping opportunities.
Exhibit Space Information
- Tables are 8 feet long and spaces are 8 feet deep
- Tablecloths and skirting are provided
- Electrical outlets and Internet service available. Cost for outlets and Internet is set by the hotel.
Confirmations
Registered exhibitors will receive an email with information regarding directions, set-up times, Welcome Bag materials, ads, hotel rates and other details.
Cancellations
Cancellations before February 22, 2012, will receive a full refund minus a $25 processing fee.
No refunds after February 22, 2012.

Exhibitor Reg Form Advertising Information
Exhibitor Presentations
An opportunity for you to showcase your wares, exhibitor presentations last one hour and are offered during our lengthy conference lunch breaks. To be included in our registration brochure, please upload your presentation description by February 16, 2012.
Welcome Bags
Welcome Bags will be given to everyone attending the conference. Please send 400 pieces of the materials you would like in the Welcome Bag to the address stated in your confirmation letter.
Can't attend? No problem. Any exhibitor, including those not able to attend, can have their advertising materials inserted in this bag.
Materials must arrive by March 8, 2012.
Program Advertisements
Advertising is available in our program guide and on our website. Submission information will be included in your confirmation letter. Print ads must be received by February 16, 2012.
Raffle Donation
Donate a product along with your business information, and registrants will have a chance to win your prize! Raffle drawings will take place in the Exhibit Hall each day. We will accept your donation when you arrive.
Scavenger Hunt
Be a stop on the participant scavenger hunt. This is a great way to get more shoppers to your booth. To participate in this e-mail the Exhibitor Information volunteer by March 2, 2012.
