Imaginarium FAQs

Q: Can you give some examples of Imaginarium projects that have been displayed in the past?
A: We have had a wide range of projects displayed: art and photography, writing, a display of a Native American home, and science-related projects on rocks, rockets, and insects, and a periodic table made of LEGOs.

Q: How much space will I have to display my project?
A: All participants will have half of a table (total area equal to approximately 4' x 3') to display their project.

Talent Show FAQs

ALL FRIDAY SHOW SLOTS HAVE BEEN RESERVED. PLEASE FEEL FREE TO RESERVE A SPOT IN THE SATURDAY NIGHT SHOW. SEE YOU THERE!

Q: Who is the talent show for?
A: EVERYBODY! Free admission for registered attendees, open seating (first-come, first-served), leave when you like, stay as long as you wish.

Q: Who can enter the talent show?
A: EVERYBODY! We invite anybody who is a registered attendee and wants to share their talent! Sing, dance, juggle, act, clown, tell jokes, do impressions ... ANYTHING! The only rule: Keep it under 3 minutes.

Kick off the InHome Conference with the Meet & Greet! Make your homeschooling conference experience richer by connecting with families who share your passion for educating your family through homeschooling. Meet new friends and see old ones. Play familiar games and learn new ones. There will be lots of fun activities for people of all ages.

Teen Dance FAQs

Q: Who is the teen dance for?
A: Any teens (age 13-19) who want to enjoy music provided by a professional DJ and do some dancing.

Q: Can teens attend without parents?
A: Yes, in fact, only people between the ages of 13 and 19 may attend. Chaperones may ask for identification as proof that the person is between 13 and 19.

Q: Can family members that attended the family dance stay for the teen dance?

Q: Who can participate in the Children’s Craft Fair and Flea Market?
A: Any child registered for the InHome Conference is welcome to participate.

Q: What shall my children bring to sell?
A: Any craft items that they have made or any books/toys that they would like to sell.

Q: Can I bring homemade food and treats to sell?
A: No, Pheasant Run Resort does not allow sales of any type of outside food in the MegaCenter.

Q: How can I can sign up?

Family Dance FAQs

Q: When is the Family Dance?
A: Friday 8:15 p.m. – 9:45 p.m. in the _____ room.

Q: Who is invited to the family dance?
A: All registered families who want to enjoy music and dancing!

Q: Can children attend without parents?
A: No, children need to be supervised during the family dance. Come enjoy the party together!

Q: Is the music family-friendly?
A: Lots of effort is placed on finding songs that are fun, current, easy to dance to, and appropriate for children.

Meet and Greet FAQs

Q: Who is the Meet and Greet for?
A: All families who are registered for the Conference are welcome to attend. There are activities for all interests and age levels! Shy and outgoing people are equally welcome, and activities are planned with this in mind!

Q: Can we participate in some of the activities, but not all?
A: Yes, come whenever you would like during the two-hour event and stay as long as you like! You are welcome to choose just one or two activities, or enjoy them all.
