Please fill out one Romp 'n Play Child Information Form for each child attending Romp 'n Play and bring it to registration check-in at the conference.

To be reimbursed for conference-related expenses, please fill out a Reimbursement Form and include your receipts. You can turn these in at the volunteer table at the conference, or mail them to the address listed on the form.
