On-Site Volunteer Positions

(These are the positions available at the conference during non-workshop times. Additional jobs during the workshops include hall monitor and workshop assistant.)

Conference Set-Up

– Entails all aspects of conference set-up, sorting/taking supplies to rooms and helping with tasks as needed.

Registraton

– Involves checking in pre-registered attendees and presenters.
On-site Registration – Involves checking in on-site attendees.

Information Table

– Assists attendees with questions regarding the conference.

Audio/Visual Volunteer

– Works with the AV director to help set-up and move equipment.

Exhibit Hall Assistant

– Works with the exhibit hall director, helping exhibitors with questions or needs and overseeing the raffle.

Conference Clean-Up

- All aspects of conference clean-up, packing up and loading the onsite storage unit.

Teen Dance Chaperones
