As an all-volunteer organization, we need your help! Teens are welcome to help, and service hours are available. We offer rebates on conference admission to thank our volunteers for their time and work.

Volunteer Positions (Non-workshop times)

(These are the positions available during non-workshop times. Additional jobs during the workshops include hall monitor and workshop assistant.)

Conference Set-Up
– Entails all aspects of conference set-up, sorting/taking supplies to rooms and helping with tasks as needed.
Registraton
– Involves checking in pre-registered attendees and presenters.
On-site Registration – Involves checking in on-site attendees.
Information Table
– Assists attendees with questions regarding the conference.
Audio/Visual Volunteer
– Works with the AV director to help set-up and move equipment.
Exhibit Hall Assistant
– Works with the exhibit hall director, helping exhibitors with questions or needs and overseeing the raffle.
Conference Clean-Up
- All aspects of conference clean-up, packing up and loading the onsite storage unit.
Teen Dance Chaperones
